We are a Roman Catholic Quasi-Parochial Association of the Christian Faithful in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati; we are the St. Leonard Faith Community Located on the campus of St. Leonard Senior Living Center in Centerville, Ohio, The St. Leonard Faith Community, operates autonomously from the Senior Living Center and has, as a significant part of its mission, committed itself to be actively involved as needed in the work of the Senior Living Center. Guided by the Lord, both institutions work to provide services to the people God has placed in our care.
